A major benefit that comes with a WaveMark inventory solution subscription is our team of clinically trained professionals that assist customers from sales to installation and through daily healthcare inventory management operations in the hospital setting. We work closely with hospital administrators, clinicians, IT Networking staff, Materials Management staff and others to get the system up and running and to complete all orientation and training activities. Radiological, Cath and EP Lab inventory tracking has never been easier.

Once installed, Hospital Services can help monitor information captured by WaveMark as a clinician would. We help users learn to easily track critical items, analyze usage patterns, monitor under- and over-stocked items, and more. The Hospital Services team listens to customers’ ideas for improvement and advocates for those ideas to be incorporated into the core offerings. All of WaveMark’s information products are developed with lots of input from hospital staff.

How we help:

  • We study the existing supply and process flow in your procedure area to ensure that WaveMark enhances, rather than changes, how products are taken from the shelf, re-ordered, and tracked over time.
  • We work with you to ensure that your target inventory (par) levels are optimized to meet predictable clinical needs and to reduce cash tied up in inventory. Generally we help departments go from “Just in Case” inventory levels to “Just in Time”. This decreases the number of items on the shelf and helps hospitals prepare for new product releases.
